I am Traci Lee,

your honored guide and fellow traveler.

FOUNDER + CEO | STUDIO OWNER | YOGA TEACHER

I’m a lifelong seeker with a deep love for travel and community building, and an even deeper belief in the power of yoga to unleash our inner power and cultivate our peace. My personal dedicated yoga practice and study led me to pursue the role of teacher in order to share the transformational benefits I experienced with others. Since 2004, I have launched my own yoga studio, led instruction at numerous worldwide events and retreats, represented established wellness brands, and launched a successful yoga-based non-profit. Now, after nearly two decades and thousands of sessions, my mission remains as true to my heart as ever: To elevate everything in pursuit of thrive.

Traci Lee is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in communications, organizational leadership, yoga instruction, and therapeutic bodywork. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership at Valdosta State University, where she previously earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Speech Communications with an emphasis on Public Relations. Additionally, she completed her core curriculum at Georgia Military College.

Her certifications and licenses are numerous and reflect her dedication to her craft. Traci is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) and a Yoga Continuing Education Provider (YCEP) through Yoga Alliance. She is also a (non-practicing) Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Georgia and a member of the American Massage Therapist Association. Traci holds a certification from the Center for Massage and Natural Health as a Massage and Bodywork Therapist and is affiliated with the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Her yoga qualifications are diverse, including certifications in Classical Hatha Yoga (RYT 200), Vinyasa Yoga (YTT 200), and advanced training in Anusara Yoga.

In addition to her yoga and massage credentials, Traci has invested in professional coaching, having completed the Landmark Forum, Landmark Advanced Course, and Landmark Seminar Series. Her ongoing education includes various advanced yoga training and workshops with esteemed instructors such as Karen Sifton, Roger Hornsby, Kelley Gardner, Rolf Gates, John Friend, and many others. She has participated in the Southeast Yoga Conference, taught at the Dirty South Yoga Fest and completed Yoga Hour Teacher Training, as well as specialized programs like Applied Psychology for Yogis.

Traci's commitment to holistic wellness extends to her continuous study of Clinical Thai Massage and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. Her ongoing professional development includes mentorships and advanced training with renowned figures in the yoga community, such as Noah Maze, Elena Brower, and Alexandra Crow. Currently, she is engaged in a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Janet Stone. Traci Lee's extensive qualifications and ongoing pursuit of knowledge underscore her passion for personal growth and her dedication to enhancing the well-being of others through a holistic and integrative approach.

Transformations

Life is uncertain right now for the world, but I do not feel afraid, nor frazzled like I did months ago, I actually feel hopeful and optimistic, and excited to become (and to keep becoming) a teacher of Yoga … So much of that is possible because of Traci’s influence and dedication to this mentorship experience. in one of the very first messages that Traci sent to me at the beginning of our mentorship she said that "everything is discovery, everything is good,” and those words have imprinted on my heart.

Rachel

Traci is one of the most knowledgeable and skilled  teachers I have had the pleasure to practice with and learn from. She consistently empowers her students to seek answers and listen to their bodies, while ensuring proper alignment and technique. Her focus on not only asana, but all eight limbs of yoga, provide the necessary scaffolding to transition students from the act of taking a yoga class to developing a yoga practice that is uniquely their own. In this way Traci creates a sense of community among her students that allows them to thrive and push the limits of what they thought they could accomplish, both physically and mentally. I am deeply appreciative of the role she has played in helping me to forge my own yoga path. If you have not had the opportunity to study with Traci I highly recommend you do."

Dr. Dandy

Having begun yoga much later in life, I have never once felt intimated to walk into one of Traci's classes. It is very apparent in every class that she is very inclusive of everyone in her classes no matter their age or yoga experience. Traci takes the time to offer modifications and props to those of us less advanced in our practice and, for me, that makes a great yoga class. I appreciate her willingness to slow down and meet me where I'm at in my practice, and I always feel so confident in my practice after a class with Traci.
