I am Traci Lee,

your honored guide and fellow traveler.

FOUNDER + CEO | STUDIO OWNER | YOGA TEACHER

Traci Lee is a modern wellness visionary whose work lives at the intersection of intelligent movement, embodied leadership, and refined daily rhythm. With more than two decades of experience, she blends the precision of classical yoga with contemporary nervous system science and the lived wisdom of Ayurveda to create elevated, transformative experiences for clients and communities worldwide.

Her path began with a personal practice that reshaped her life from the inside out — a shift that led her to build a boutique coastal studio, host global retreats, collaborate with leading wellness and lifestyle brands, and craft a body of work centered on clarity, connection, and sustainable well-being. Traci’s teaching is known for its grounded elegance: thoughtful sequencing, breath-led awareness, and an emphasis on rhythm, refinement, and living with intention.

Her approach to Ayurveda is distinctly modern — rooted in years of study, yet expressed through simple, artful daily practices that support digestion, energy, and nervous system balance. Traci integrates Ayurveda as a living rhythm rather than a rulebook, helping clients align with the seasons, understand their unique patterns, and cultivate vitality through accessible and deeply personalized shifts.

A dual graduate of Valdosta State University, Traci holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Speech Communications with a focus on Public Relations. This rare combination of wellness expertise and leadership training allows her to guide high-performing women, executives, creatives, and seekers with clarity, structure, and intuitive depth.

Her professional background includes thousands of teaching hours, E-RYT and YACEP recognition through Yoga Alliance, advanced studies in Power and Vinyasa yoga, Anusara methodology, Applied Psychology for Yogis, and meaningful mentorship with teachers including Christina Sell, Noah Mazé, Baron Baptiste, and Alexandra Crow. She has also trained in transformational leadership through Landmark, further shaping her regulated, grounded, and quietly powerful presence.

Today, Traci works with clients through her signature frameworks and private mentorships, hosts retreats in some of the world’s most beautiful destinations, and leads East Beach Yoga — a boutique studio known for its elevated coastal aesthetic, intelligent movement, and community-rooted ethos. Across every offering, her mission remains the same: to help people move with intention, live with clarity, and build a life that feels both deeply rooted and beautifully expansive.

Always a student, Traci has immersed herself in the practices of yoga for over twenty years. As a yoga teacher, she shares the teachings from the heart. Through curiosity, devotion and dedication, she creates a unique approach to living yoga.

Transformations

Life is uncertain right now for the world, but I do not feel afraid, nor frazzled like I did months ago, I actually feel hopeful and optimistic, and excited to become (and to keep becoming) a teacher of Yoga … So much of that is possible because of Traci’s influence and dedication to this mentorship experience. in one of the very first messages that Traci sent to me at the beginning of our mentorship she said that "everything is discovery, everything is good,” and those words have imprinted on my heart.

Rachel

Traci is one of the most knowledgeable and skilled  teachers I have had the pleasure to practice with and learn from. She consistently empowers her students to seek answers and listen to their bodies, while ensuring proper alignment and technique. Her focus on not only asana, but all eight limbs of yoga, provide the necessary scaffolding to transition students from the act of taking a yoga class to developing a yoga practice that is uniquely their own. In this way Traci creates a sense of community among her students that allows them to thrive and push the limits of what they thought they could accomplish, both physically and mentally. I am deeply appreciative of the role she has played in helping me to forge my own yoga path. If you have not had the opportunity to study with Traci I highly recommend you do."

Dr. Dandy

Having begun yoga much later in life, I have never once felt intimated to walk into one of Traci's classes. It is very apparent in every class that she is very inclusive of everyone in her classes no matter their age or yoga experience. Traci takes the time to offer modifications and props to those of us less advanced in our practice and, for me, that makes a great yoga class. I appreciate her willingness to slow down and meet me where I'm at in my practice, and I always feel so confident in my practice after a class with Traci.
